IMPORTANT TIME SENSITIVE REQUEST
WE NEED YOUR IMMEDIATE HELP
On Tuesday October 19th, the Miami-Dade County Commission will vote on an issue of critical long-term importance to the users of Haulover's Clothing-optional beach...
It will decide whether to award the new five-year beach concession contract to B.E.A.C.H.E.S. Concession Services, a naturist-led partnership incorporating B.E.A.C.H.E.S. Foundation, the Pelican Pier restaurant at the Newport Beach Resort in Sunny Isles, and Karisma Resort Properties (Hidden Beach Nudist Resort, Mexico)....
or to award the contract to an "outside" company that has not yet provided sound & reasonable documentation of how it can provide adequate service under its submitted budget, that was rated third (behind B.E.A.C.H.E.S.) on technical considerations (including scope of services to be offered to beach users) in the proposal evaluation process, and that has proposed filling the area between lifeguard towers 26 & 28 with pre-arranged rental beach chairs.
Awarding the contract to B.E.A.C.H.E.S. will insure the presence of a naturist-friendly vendor that will provide premium food and rental service to beach patrons, and will use a portion of concession profits for the improvement of Haulover Beach and the protection & furtherance of clothes-free recreation there and throughout Florida.
We need your help!

Thank you for your consideration on this issue.

Not sure why so many groups put out information and do not include a location and address. It must be that they deal with them all the time and they think everyone else knows about them. I have noticed the local ham groups do the same.
Anyway..
I guess this meeting will take place at the Stephen P Clark Center Tuesday October 19th at 9:30 am.
The address is: 111 N.W. First St., Miami FL 33130
Do not depend on this being correct if you plan to attend. If you plan to attend use the contact information:

I will be getting off work at 8 am that day. I will be very tired. I may try to attend however. I think I will see how I feel when I get off work. Most of the time.. I have problems staying awake and just want to go to bed.
