Feeling a Little Better Today

  At about 2 am I started to feel a bit better.   It is now almost 9 am and I am still sick but feel better than I did the last two days.  I hope that I will soon be back to normal.  Thanks for all the advice.
  I did have some medications here.  I first took a look at Robitussin FLU.  It said however do not take if you have an enlarged prostate gland.  Then I got out the Alka-Seltzer Plus and it said the same thing.
  I also had Motrin on hand.  But I did not take it.  It will mess you up big time if you have not had something to eat and even if you have had ..it may mess you up.  It is great for pain.  The print is so small on the bottle I can't read it.
  That is something new.. my vision.. Just a month or two ago.. I could be all the way across the room and see text on the TV set with out glasses.  Now I can not.  Also.. it used to be that I could be back some distance from the computer montor and read the text on the screen.  Now I have to move up close.
  Also I never had problems reading small print before... Now I find I can't read real small print.  In the past I would have people had me something with small print and ask me to read it for them.

  We are going to have rain today.  Russell does not like to get out in the rain.  He thinks he will melt or something.  I suspect we will head off tomorrow to get him signed up for the GED test.

Instant Lunch

I been waking up each hour and a half.  It is a pain.  I woke up about 2 am and I feel a bit better.  I had a Instant Lunch.  I had a can of Coke. That is only the second can of Coke in over 24 hours.
  I don't know if I should stay up or go back to bed.  I seem to hurt more when I lay down and then when I wake up.. I feel real bad for a while.  One time when I woke up.. I got up to fast and almost fell over.  That would have been bad news.  I think I would have broke something for sure.

  This is the last day of the month.  Tomorrow will be the 1st of March.  The rent will be due.  My birthday will be on the 26th of March.  I will be 64.  I don't want to wish my life away.. but it will be good when I am 65 and can health care.  I got one more year to try and stay in good health.
  Maybe I will get a job that has health care.

  They had something on the news about a breach of security at the Port of Miami. 

  My Cassiopeia E-125 pocket PC is doing that shut off again.  I go to turn it on and it will not come on.  I have to take the battery out of it and put it back in and then it will come on.

Headache from Hell

  I woke up about 8 pm with a headache from hell.  Man my head sure hurts.  I am going to try and go back to sleep and see if it is better when I wake up.

  Problem is that I wake up each coule of hours to use the rest room.  This is one of those times that it would be nice to sleep for 8 hours.

 

Sick on Sunday Night

Russell went over to the mall and got me a cold drink.  That seems to help soon.  We need to stock up on stuff so that we have stuff here on hand. 
  I played the computer game and for a bit I forgot all about my pains.  I can not remember when I had something to eat.  I think it was Friday night.  It was a big meat lovers pizza.  Maybe that was early on Saturday.  I can't remember.

  I did not get a Sunday paper.  I wanted it for the want advs.  I knew better than to ask Russell to try and find one.
  Russell wants to sign up for the GED class tomorrow.  I am not sure I am going to feel good...but.. if he wants to do it.. I will just go sick.  It is important.

  I have not seen Ken since sometime on Friday.. I think early on Friday.  He said he would be here sometime on Monday.

  When I get sick.. I aways tell myself that I am going to start drinking water and eat better and take better care of myself.  You know what happens as soon as I am well.. I am sure.

  I am going to try and sleep.. Maybe I will feel better when I wake up.  Russell said he was sick for four days.

Hurting

  All day ... my body has been hurting.  It hurts all over.  It feels like someone beat the heck out of me.
  Some place hurt real bad.  In my mind.. I worry .. about some other problem.. something bad.  I am sure it is just the flu however.
  I have been running a fever all night and all day.
  About 1 pm I started having chills.  I feel a bit better when I have the chills.
  I am still sick.  I hope I get better soon.

 

Is it a cold or the flu?

I have had a sore throat the other day. It seems to have gone away but now I have a fever, headache and body aches. Ken had a cold for two weeks and was feeling real bad. Russell had a sore throat and a cough. I hope this is not the flu. I heard from Judy, she reads this blog, that she had the flu and it was no fun. Well the good thing is that I don’t have to be at work. The bad thing is it will keep me from looking for work. The other bad thing.. no one here is going to do anything for me. I don’t think I can expect anyone to pick up anything I need or want. I can’t even get Russell to take out the trash. I better plug in the ATI remote so I can change TV stations from my bed. OK.. I did that.. It works. I am starting to feel real bad.

Internet Down

  Sometime around 3 pm the Internet went down for us.  It was down until about 8 pm.  Darlene's Internet, my ex-wife in Texas, has been down since Tuesday.  Today is Friday.
  Hilary called me last night and talked with me for about an hour.  She is a hard worker.  She has about four things going at the same time.  She now has a house cleaning service.  She did that in Missouri but then she was doing all the cleaning herself.  Now she has four people working for her.
  Jimmy is back working full time a Burger King.

  I had bathroom problems today.  One thing that happened is the water hose came off the thing in the box and it water went all over the place.  I had to do a load of laundry after that accident.

  I got TV back on my computer now.  I had to install the old ATI software. 

  Looks dark out in the apartment parking lot tonight. The parking lot lights are not on yet.  Not sure if they are on a timer or what..

Gannon has a blog

What do Jeff Gannon and Jim Howard have in common?  No don’t answer that.. I got a feeling that you will come up with a joke.
  Let me answer my own question.  We both have blogs.  Yes Jeff Gannon (“A voice of the New Media”) has a blog.

  Let me see Jeff Gannon and Jim Howard are both bald.  We both have blogs.  A lot of people have seen are penis.  Let me see… It appears that guys would spend $200.00 a day to have sex with him.  Hummm… men and woman would be happy to spend $200.00 not to have sex with me.
 

  Remember that I commented here that Fox News was not reporting the Jeff Gannon matter.  Well they have a story on their web site now about it.  It is not a bad story by the way. I am shocked.  I guess we need to see how the cover the item on TV.

Make Money OnLine

  Russell wants to go and sign up for GED class on Monday. 

  I been checking out, online, some apartments.  I am not sure just how close it is to the MetroRail system.  I would like to say close to the rail system.  The area I been checking out is about 17 miles from Haulover Beach.  I would love to have a place very close to the beach.  I don’t think the MetroRail is close.  Well I know for a fact that it is not close.

  I signed up with a new affiliates program.  I have been doing that all day today.  I am adding banners to my web sites.  I also am setting up a new web site.  It should be in operation later tonight.

  I signed up the other day for a dating web site.   It is free.  It is pretty neat.  The webcam works well.  I  heard from two woman.  The are both in Africa.  I don’t even have a car, so I need a woman close for sure.   The same apartment building would be good. 

  Ken still has his cold.  I sure hope I don’t get a cold.

  Weather has been great. 

  Russell did not go to school this week.  He is done with the GED class.  He just needs now to sign up and take the GED test.  Then soon he will be in college.
