The Condo Has Been Sold

I was taking a nap and Russell had the new owner of the condo come to the door.  He said he was going to rent it and it was willing to keep renting it to us.  Russell gave him my phone number and the guy said he would also leave something at the door for us.
  Now will he rent to us at the same price?   I see a number of units here that have been sold to someone and they have for rent signs in the window.  That maybe good for us.  He may want to keep us renting and his money coming in each month.
  If he wants to increase the rent we will have to get out of here.  We can just make the rent now. 

  Anyone want us to house sit your house?  Don't leave your home alone.  Ken, Russ and I will take care of it for you.  We will forward your mail.  We will water your plants etc. 
  Our first choice would be in the Florida area.  But we will consider any area.

Wow it make you how much more "good" news that you are going to get TODAY? First the group of you at work are told you might be out of a job. Now the apt. manager tells you that you can now rent the condo from him. Hope that this doesn't mean you are out of a home soon. Good luck Jim. Next thing you will be telling us is that Ken gave the crabs to someone.
