Mother Gets 40 Years

I had not heard of this crime until I read it on CNN today.
CINCINNATI, Ohio (AP) -- A woman who molested at least one of her five children and prompted four of them to have sex with each other has been sentenced to 40 years in prison.
The kids were 1 to  6 years of age.  Paul Kraft the husband and father sexually abused their four sons and one daughter (ages 1 to 6).  He received five life sentences plus an additional 96 years.  He is ineligible for parole.
It sounds like justice to me.  What was wrong with this father and mother?  They have got to be two fucked up people big time.

Vongo.Com

  I have been seeing things on TV about Vongo.Com.  For $10.00 a month you can download movies and watch them on your computer.  Now that seems like a pretty good deal. 
  The down side is that you have to watch them on your computer.  If I understand correct if I download a movie I could watch it on this computer but not on some other computer.  So that would mean I could not share it with Russ and Ken unless they watched it on my computer.
  I could not find a list of movies that they offer. 

  I just watched "Secondhand Lions" on normal TV.  I think it is a great little movie.  It was filmed in Lockhard TX.

  I have seen a few clips from "Miami Vice", the new movie, on TV.  It is not my type of movie except I will want to see it as soon as it is out on DVD.  They filmed it here in Miami.  The clip today that they showed was action on the Metro Rail.  The rail car looked real even the signs on the car and the views out the windows of the car.  It will be a must see for me because it was filmed here.

 

Russ got his cell phone.  He has service with T-Mobile.  I am not sure what make of phone he got.  It does have a built in camera.

Hatreds Hardening

I woke up about 0430 and am just going to comment on a few things running around in my head...

It makes me sad to hear about Mel Gibson.  Not that he has the disease of alcoholism but that he has the disease of anti-Semitic hate in him.  I love his movies.  I hope I can watch them now and forget what sort Mel Gibson is...   Him coming out early and apologizing was a smart move and I hope he gets help and that his ploy works for him. 

Senator John McCain's youngest son (18) is joining he U.S. Marine Corps.  I hope the son stays safe.  It would be hard to be the son of John McCain.  John McCain is a true American hero.  The guy has guts and balls.
Do I want to see him as President of the United States.  No I do not.  He is a man of honor but he is a Republican and if he were elected President he would have around him Republicans and he would be appointing them and asking their advice.  Republicans are not men of honor.

New YouTube - CliPro

A new site just started up.  it is CliPro and it is a site like YouTube.  I am not sure if it will be any better but we have another site.  Lots of interesting sites and lots of great things happening on the Internet.
  I signed up for CliPro.  It is free.  In order to be approved you have to reply to the eMail that they send you.  I have not got the eMail yet.  I was going to upload a couple of videos and take it for a test ride.

Way to invoke the Bible moron. You seemed to have skipped over the parts about the poor and impoverished, which is a hard thing to do in that book.   Maybe the Bush people or the GOP will be contacting me to made some videos for them.

  What did the Republicans do last night about the Minimum Wage.  Well they passed the first minimum wage increase in a decade.  They could not give money to the big oil corporations..you know an election is the reason they wanted to pass the Minimum Wage.  They could not give tax breaks and refunds and kick backs to the RepublicanRX corporations.
  They just could not just pass a Minimum Wage bill.  It would kill them.  They fucking hate the working man.  They try and fuck him over.  That is why they are in the GOP. 
  They had to slap the working man in the face and piss on him someway.  So they did not just pass a Minimum Wage bill they added on to it a cut in inheritance taxes on multimillion-dollar estates.  They wanted to do more. 
  They were so pissed that they had to pass a Minimum Wage bill.  They wanted to defuse the issue in the campaign.  But they could not stand to just pass the bill.  They had to do something for the wealthiest people in the United States.

Howard's Notebook and FoxFire

  I spent many hours working on Howard's Notebook over the last few days.  I added a new editor and a couple of other plugs ins.  I was pretty happy with the way HN was looking.  Then I used FireFox to take a look at it.  It was not pretty.  FireFox expands out the boxes or areas and it just does not format correct.  I am sure that FoxFire fans will say that it is the fault of Microsoft or of someone else.. but no matter what the problem.. HN just does not look good with FoxFire.
  At least the template that I was using.  I am going to change things around and use a different template and see if I can get HN to look better for those of you using FireFox.

 

Jimmy + Job + Heat + Problems

I heard from Darlene.  She talked to Jimmy.  He does not have a job.  His old place did not hire him.  He and his wife are having problems.  I fear his wife is right.  Jimmy is not working.  He is playing video games on the computer/Internet all the time.  His wife, of course, is working.
  I love Jimmy but I can understand why his wife would be upset.  Of course she does not undertand yet that he has some problems. 

  They are in California and the heat has been very bad out there and now Darlene found out that they do not have an air conditioner.  They rent a very small place and I guess it has a window unit.  I am not sure if never worked or if it broke.  But I am sure that is part of their problem.  She works all the time and comes home to high heat and to Jimmy not having a job and just sitting and playing games on the computer.

  I worry about Jimmy and I worry about his wife.  She has no family here.  Her family is in China.
