My son is in CA (James) is very interested in plants. He likes to grow them. He sent me this photo today of one of his plants. I am not sure what the plant is called. 
The sky was pretty tonight here in Miami. I took this photo just a few minutes ago. I walked over to the Dadeland Mall to get some Coke.
CNN web site has a new design. I like the look of it much better now. 
UK sure is getting hit with terrorism. If that starts to happen here I wonder what effect would that have on political matters here. If it happens before the election which party will get the blame? It looks like the Democrats are going to win the next election and if there are terrorism attacks what effect would that have on people. It is an unknown factor.
I met a real nice young man in the BlogTV chat room. He maybe more interested in movies than I am. We had a nice long chat about movies. He is going to start doing movie reviews and you will see them here at ShowMeBlog. I am looking forward to seeing his movie reviews. I just did a check of my Blockbuster list and there were no videos listed by me and they could not send me anything. That is a waste of time and money. I will be looking for movies to add to my list.
I just watched "The Two of Us" on DVD.

It was a cute little film and I found it interesting to watch. I was tired and not feeling very well but I watched all the movie.
I walked over and had the law draw blood. I see my doctor in seven days.
On the way home I got some food. Not much I can only carry so much. Right after I got home Ken came in from the store he had driven over to the same store to get food. I think we need better communications.
Ken and I went to the casino. We went to Isle Casino. It is in Pompano Beach, FL. I lost $80 and I am not sure how much Ken lost. Then we got something to eat and that was $21 for the both of us. Plus we paid the rent today. So both of us had to pay out $600.00 for the month.
Many of you are going to be happy. I am not watching TV. So I am not watching the news. So I will not be commenting much about the news. I moved my computer desk and the cable TV will not reach that far. I need to get more cable. After going to the casino I am not sure I can afford more cable.
I guess I will have to be the one to wish all blogs a happy birthday. Blogs are 25 years old this month. I was there at the birth of the first blog. I guess I was the father and mother of blogs. It is 25 years ago that I started Howard's Notebook and people started dialing in and reading my blog.

I have been checking out the new streaming video sites. Everyone is all excited by them. I was trying to think ..what do they remind me of...then it came to me...they remind me of CB radio.
I remember when the 11 meter band was a ham radio band. I remember with the FCC took it away to create the 11 meter Citizens Band. There were great plans for CB radio. It was going to have calling channels and all sorts of wonder channels that people could use..it turned into the play ground of the fools. (I had a number of CB radios and used it for a small business for a time. )
Do not get me wrong...Streaming video is being used now and will be used for some good ...but it looks like it is going to turn into a way for the fools to "broadcast" to the world. Just think of all the dumb people you know and now think of them "broadcasting" live video and audio to the world. Every nut that thinks we blew up the Twin Towers, every brain dead fool that thinks the world is flat and we did not send men to the moon can now "broadcast" to the world.
Hell just think of CB radio as streaming video and audio world wide and you will get the idea.
I will use streaming video from time to time. I will be watching and I hope it does not turn into a CB radio type of thing.

I have made some great friends from chat rooms. I have been on BlogTV a great deal in the last week. They got a great chat room for each of the sites. I have met some great people.
But when you have a chat room you got jerks. There are some real stupid dumb people out there with mental problems and they love the chat rooms.
Some come to cause problems. They call people names and do anything they can to created problems. That is the only way they get any attention and even if people are telling them to stop and that they are dumb they are getting the attention and they keep it up.
Then you got the poor slob who can not get a woman. He can not meet a woman. Woman want nothing to do with him and he will get in the chat room and go fucking ape if a woman is in the chat room. He will blaster her with private messages and public messages..and many woman just leave the chat room and never come back (at least not with an ID as a woman). You can have a woman in the chat room and everyone is having a nice chat and talking about all sorts of things.. and then the poor sick slobs that can't get a woman find the room and that there is a woman and they mess up the room. Most of the time they get kicked from the room but they come back with a different ID.
Then you got people in the chat rooms that lie. They lie about everything. Who wants to try and communicate with someone that can not tell the truth about anything.
Yesterday I was broadcasting video using BlogTV and in the chat room. People start to pop into the chat room with "news" and they give the user name of a guy and they say he was shot and killed last night. I tell them do not believe it or spread the information until they can confirm it because it is a hoax. That type of thing has been going on for years on the Internet. They say..oh no..it is true. I ask a few questions and I tell them it is a hoax. (Yes I do know that people do die and do get shot. My cousin (Billy) was shot to death in a fight in Dallas. I have had fellow officers and good friends shot and killed.) Then the system moderator, a very nice woman, comes into the room and says to us all "I am so sorry for the loss of your friend."
Well I shut down the chat room and went to one of the other chat rooms and woman were typing in the chat that they were crying their eyes out and were so upset. I repeated time and time again that this looks like one of the normal Internet lies and hoaxes that go around all the time. The people in the room were on the phones and the Internet trying to find out information. They were calling hospitals and the police and all this shit. After a hour or two the "dead" user turns up. He says someone sold his on line ID. (Before he made contact I told them what he would say when he turned up.) The people in the chat room fell for his lie. He is back on line and in the chat rooms. He will pull that shit again and some of the others will pull the same crap.
Do Not Believe Anything That Anyone Tells You In A Chat Room.
I have said it a thousand times and I will say it again we need everyone to have an ID on the Internet so we know who they are and where they are located and their age. Now we do not need to know their home address but we need to know if they are in the United States or Ghana for fucking .... who cares.
I fucking hate chat rooms.

My feet, most of all my left food foot, is swollen so bad it feels like it is going to explode. It has been like that for a week. I can not get my shoe on the left food foot. It was a little better today. It is much bigger now. I wonder why? Let me move this empty bag of pretzels out of the way.
I am at 210 pounds. I feel like I am out of control. I see my normal doctor on July 5th. If he was a vet I would just have him put me to sleep.
I got a lot of old age spots and stuff on me. I got a new one my arm that is not like any of the others and it hurts.
I hate being old.
I never had a real problem seeing things before...now my eyes brother me. I have not had them tested for a few years. I wish they could just line up all the doctors and have them check me one at a time.
I moved my computer desk and computer and bed. I still have to try and find a place for a bunch of junk on my floor.
I do not listen much too music. Today I was in the mood. I turned on Yahoo Messenger and clicked on play my LaunchCast station. No music. No nothing.
No problem, I been around awhile, I went to Live365.
