Ban handguns? Supreme Court taking a new look

  Yahoo News has the story on the Supreme Court taking up the Chicago ban on handguns. 

“WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court says it will take up a challenge to Chicago's ban on handguns, opening the way for a ruling that could set off a vigorous new campaign to roll back state and local gun controls across the nation.

Victory for gun-rights proponents in the Chicago case is considered likely, even by supporters of gun control, in the latest battle in the nation's long and often bitter dispute over the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms. A ruling against the city's outright ban could lead to legal challenges to less-restrictive laws across the country that limit who can own guns, whether firearms must be registered and how they should be stored.

The case is to be argued early next year…”

  I am going to surprise you all and not start raving and ranting about guns, gun control, NRA and everything.
  When they decide the case I will try and control my comments.

Roman Polanski

  France’s culture minister says that Roman Polanski was “thrown to the lions because of ancient history” and many French people agree.
  So if I go to France and drug a 13 year old girl and rape her that is not a crime in France?  I might consider moving to France if that is the law in France.  Or does time have something to do with it?  So I can rape a 13 year old girl and leave France and after x number of years it is no longer a crime?  I am just trying to understand French justice.
  Keep in mind that he was guilty of more than one crime.  He made a deal in CA.  He plead to one crime and then took off and went to France.  
  I am not sure how many crimes he committed that night.  
  I know if I used a 13 year old girl and her her suck me off and I fucked her in the cunt and the ass that is three felony crimes.  I would be lucky if I just got life in prison.  That does not count him giving her alcohol and drugs. 
  Now they could have charged him with kidnapping.  He moved her from one room to another and she was a minor saying “no” and he moved her to commit a rape.  
  The lawyers in France must be very dumb.  His French lawyers say that in France the statute of limitations would have expired a long time ago.  I have to pick myself up all the floor I am laughing so hard.  The statute of limitations has NOTHING to do with this case.  He plead GUILTY and was found guilty by the court and then he fled.
  Poland is one of the nations that wants Roman Polanski to go free.…We just sent a guy back to Poland that committed crimes during WWII.  That was in the 1940s.
  The French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner said this was all “frankly a bit sinister.”  He was not talking about what Pollanski did to a 13 year old girl he was talking about the arrest of “..a man of such talent…”  Yes I got to say the guy has talent…He raped a 13 year old girl and was going to get off after 42 days in jail but he was fearful the judge was going to change his mind and make him serve 50 years in jail.  So he left the United States and went to France.  He has talent…He stayed where the United States could not extradite him for over 30 years.
   He is going to walk on this…He has money…I just hope we can get something out of this deal…I think the best thing is that he never be allowed in the United States…Let him live in France…Hell that should be good punishment for him. 

Filmmakers DEMAND Polanski’s Release

  ZURICH, Switzerland (CNN) -- Woody Allen, Pedro Almodovar and Martin Scorsese have "demanded the immediate release" of fellow filmmaker Roman Polanski, who was arrested in Switzerland on a U.S. arrest warrant related to a 1977 child sex charge.
They were among 138 people in the film industry who signed a petition against the arrest.

Polanski was on the way to the Zurich Film Festival when Swiss police detained him in response to the American warrant.

The filmmaker pleaded guilty in 1977 to having unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor but fled before he could be sentenced. He settled in France, where he holds citizenship. Investigators in the United States say Polanski, then 43, drugged and raped a 13-year-old girl.

The filmmakers objected to his being arrested en route to the film festival, which held a tribute to him this year…”

    I have not objection to people signing a petition.  I do object to Woody Allen, Pedro Almodovar and Martin Scorsese demanding his release.  I find it funny that people would say that he should not have been arrested because he was on his way to an “international cultural event” paying homage to him.  I think it is funny.  I love it.  He has been hiding for over 30 years for the rape of 13 year old girl.  He plead guilty to the crime but ran from the United States and has been hiding for over 30 fucking years.
    I just posted a blog yesterday saying they should just get him to sign a paper saying he could never sit foot in the United States and let this fucking case come to an end.
    I have changed my fucking mind.  I want to see him die in fucking jail now.  I would be willing to make a deal.  Let him do his time in CA and then all those film industry people can go and visit him in jail.
    They FUCKING DEMAND his release?  What the fuck.

September 2009 is almost over

  This month is almost over…I started to make a little money from Google this month.  It looks like my earnings are starting to improve.  ShowMeBlog, Howard’s Notebook and even Show Me News are making a few dollars.  I am sure I am thinking small but $3.00 a day would be an extra $100.00 a month for me and that would feed me for two weeks.
  OK OK my life is an open book, because of the blog, you know I will spend it on computer stuff.

  Speaking of computer stuff…I been wanting a finger print reader.  I get so tired of having to enter my password information for sites. I am thinking about getting the Eilon Digital Privacy Manager finger print reader.  It is on sale right now at Amazon for $39.99 and as poor as I am it would be worth it. 

  I did not check for rentals yet for Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island.  I am not sure how many more launches are going to take place from Kennedy but their is a USAF base next to it that does launches.  In a few months I could be sitting in my new place, at the computer, and watch a satellite go into space. 

  I found a website that has everything for doing blue screen videos.  The site is www.tubetape.com
  I have attempted to do blue screen videos but have had no luck.  I think I need a couple of 500 watt work lights to light up the black ground.  Well I guess I need a blue back ground as well. 

  There is going to be a hamfest on October 3rd.  I want to go but I know I am going to be broke and it is no fun for me to go if I can’t buy some stuff.  I should have been studying for my General test.  If I had been studying I could take the test on the 3rd.

My Day

  Today was the day I ran out of Coke and was going to give it up again.  Then I decided to get Subway.  I got some Coke because a Subway and lemonade just do not work for me.  Water?  What is water? 
  When I saw my doctor a few weeks ago she looked at me and said drink more water.  She could tell by looking at me that I needed water in my system.
 
  Today, all day, I been messing with Show Me News.  I installed a new theme on it called Atahualpa.  It has a lot of settings and I been messing with them.  I wish I was better with colors.  I have no eye for color.  I guess we know I am not gay right? 
  
  I was checking places to rent in Titusville the other day, online, and there were 37 places for under $600.00 a month. A few homes with three bedrooms and lots of apartments and condos with two bedrooms.
  I am going to check prices in Cocoa Beach and Merrit Island when I get time.  
  It would be pretty neat to have a guest room.  

  I got a great looking free theme for my Denizens of Hell site.  I have not been doing any work on the site however.. Truth is I am just not very turned on by the idea of the site.   I need someone to edit it for me..Someone that wants to fill the site with the names and links to the denizens of hell.  

CNN Reports France Loves Polanski

  CNN is reporting the the people of France are all upset about poor Roman Polanski.  That just breaks my fucking heart that they are all sad about the poor victim of American justice…They see the victim as being Roman Polanski.
  What did Roman Polanski do?  He raped a 13 year old girl after giving her a quaalude tablet.  He did a number of sex acts on her including intercourse.  
  This took place in 1977.  He got the charge reduced to one count of intercourse and he plead guilty to the single count.  He was 43 years old at the time.  Then he did not show up in court and he took off to France.
  He has been staying out of the way of American justice for 33 years.
  Now everyone wants this case to end …. The 13 year old girl is 46 years old now and wants this to end..She is tired of having it come up… Everyone is sick and tired of it.
   Let Roman Polanski work out a deal.  I think the deal should be the case is dead…done..over with…  But in return.. I think that Roman Polanski should have to sign some type of contract with the United States State Department (i.e. the United States government) that he will NEVER set foot on American soil. 
   France can have his perverted ass.  He can have the entire world except for the United States.

Observe and Report

  I just watched “Observe and Report” (2009) on DVD.  I am not sure what I think about the movie. Remember I worked mall security here in Miami for a year.  Many years ago I worked a summer part time at a mall in Overland Park (KS).  So I may not be the best person to give a fair review of the movie.
  It was sad and funny at times.  I had tits in it and even full frontal male nudity so they pulled out all the stops on the movie. I can not recommend the movie.
  “Paul Blart: Mall Cop” (2009) was a better movie.  It may not have been as funny but it was not as dark and sad.

   Both movies are sad…I guess they should be…You have to work and support yourself and your family but one thing you should not be is a mall security officer. Most of all in Florida try and not be a security officer.  In FL a security officer has zero power of arrest.  It is written in the law that you can not arrest someone. 
  There are some big security corporations that have as their field mall security and they suck big time.  They make it appear to the mall management like they are giving security but they have it designed to only appear to give security. 
  Even in a state, like Missouri, where a security officer has full police powers and the power of arrest and is armed the job of mall security sucks.  Keep in mind this is just in general…Nothing is every 100% with things like this…As an example…My time working contact security at Oak Park Mall in Overland Park (KS) a long long time ago.  I was armed and working two 12 hour shifts.  It was a part time job because I was working full time hospital security.

Don’t Blame Shots for All Ills, Swine Flu Officials Say

Every year, there are 1.1 million heart attacks in the United States, 795,000 strokes and 876,000 miscarriages, and 200,000 Americans have their first seizure. Inevitably, officials say, some of these will happen within hours or days of a flu shot…”  The New York Times

  It sounds like they know what the TV and blogs are going to say as soon as something happens.  Think of all the stories they are going to have every time someone gets sick or dies.  Plus we got about 10% of the people that will believe any wild and strange story.  I would hate to be the CDC and other people when they start giving out the swine flu shots.
