Dynadock U and Screen Display

  After I posted about the Dynadock U in “I love Amazon Prime” I decided to just hook up the monitor not to the laptop but to the VGA connection on the Dynadock and give it a long try and live with it until Saturday when I get the digital cable and can hook up the monitor from the HDMI on the monitor to the DVI on the Dynadock.
  I had a little bit of lag not bad and nothing like it was before I installed the new Display Link driver.
  Well after I posted that blog entry I went to play the only game I play on the computer and that is Civ IV. The display was flashing on and off and I had problems moving the mouse around just to get it running.  I am going to keep the hook up I have now and on Saturday trying to play the game will be a good test to see if a digital cable and hook makes any difference.
