Things have gone from bad to worse for Anthony Weiner. After confessing to sending lewd photographs of himself on Twitter, the shamed congressman has been ripped by politicians, comedians, and now this.

"Herobuilders.com is selling an Anthony Weiner action-figure doll for $40. It features Weiner dressed in gym clothes -- with underwear -- and a sign that reads, tweet this! Oh there’s more.  You can buy what is being described as an “anatomically correct version” of the doll for an extra $10."

All of a sudden, the Weiner-dolls are flying off the shelves. According to the LA Times, since being released, Herobuilders has had trouble keeping up with demand.

“Weiner doll crashes website...[the]Rep. Weiner doll released recently is so popular it's causing loading problems on the website HeroBuilders.com.”

You may remember Hero Builders from their big ticket item earlier this year: the Rambama Doll- manufactured after the announcement that Osama bin Laden was killed.

The Long Island Press reports, the interest has only increased as details about Weiner’s ongoing saga keeps getting press.

“After Weiner’s scandal reached new heights this week with revelations of his contact with a minor, partially clothed photographs released of him at the House Members Gym, and his infamous “sexts,” capitalism is finally taking advantage of the House member’s misfortune.”

You might be wondering whose idea this was. Herobuilders tells the Daily Caller, members of the media sparked the idea.

“When this scandal first broke, one of the reporters, someone like you that does stories on this all the time…One of the first emails I got was, ‘When is Weiner doll coming out?’” Vicale told TheDC. “Then we held off for a day or two and then it just seemed like everyone was calling about it, so we went ahead and did it as soon as we could.”

This isn’t the first parody item made of Weiner.  The Wall Street Journal notes, last week condoms bearing the politician’s face were released and other products are in the works.

“Now you can find action figure vendors, T-shirt sellers, and even online condom purveyors are offering Weiner-themed items in the wake of the New York congressman’s scandal...but wait, there’s more. One eBay seller recently offered “replica’’ Weiner underwear, whatever that is.”

Interested? An extra $18 can match the Weiner doll with one key accessory--a toy blackberry.
