I think we should respect the verdict of a jury but that does not mean that we have to agree with it. Well you and I do not have to accept it. But I think the news media and people like Nancy Grace should accept it as fact.
It does great harm to our system of justice and government when the news media and people like Nancy Grace talk and talk and talk about a case like the Casey Anthony case and the trial.
One problem with our system is that the DA is elected. So they want to get re-elected or they want to have a big case they can win and help them to move on and win some higher office. That is bad for our justice system and sure as hell bad for people like you or I that might get arrested and charged with some crime.
It looks to me like they should not have charged Casey Anthony with murder. She should have been charged with false police reports and child neglect.
You should only charge someone with a crime if you can prove it. You should not look at it like a “dice game” and think maybe you can prove it somehow or maybe the person will take the stand and you can break them down on the stand.
In the Casey Anthony case they did not know what was the cause of death of the child. They should have put her on trial for false police reports and child neglect and kept on investigating the case. She would have messed up and given the police the information they needed at some point. She would have been getting fucked by some guy and confessed or something would have happed and the police would have got the information they wanted. Now she could confess on TV or in a book and there is nothing that could be done about it.
If Casey Anthony does a book deal just think how the writer will want to make her look good and so they are going to blame her father, her brother and others and how are they going to feel? What might they know and come up with… of course… It is to late to charge her with murder now.
I said it before.. Casey Anthony is not going to have a good life. I look for her to end up sick, in jail and dead at a very early age.
