The Massachusetts Senate race maybe getting raw and hard.
I am a big fan of the Democratic candidate Elizabeth Warren. We need her in the Senate and I hope she wins.
(CNN) – It didn't take long for the zings to begin in the closely watched Massachusetts Senate race between GOP Sen. Scott Brown and leading Democratic candidate Elizabeth Warren.
When asked Tuesday at a primary debate how Warren paid for college - noting a nearly nude 1982 Cosmopolitan magazine photo shoot that Brown did to earn money at age 22 - the Democratic candidate fired off: "I kept my clothes on."
Two days later, Brown had one comment about Warren not taking off her clothes."Thank God," he said, laughingly, during a radio interview with WZLX in Boston Thursday. "I didn't go to Harvard. I went to the school of hard knocks, and I did whatever I had to do to pay for school."
Brown, who was elected to the Senate in a January 2010 special election, received his degrees from Tufts University and Boston College Law School. Warren graduated from the University of Houston and Rutgers School of Law.
If you been reading my blogs you know I do not care if someone has been nude in the past or is nude now or gets nude someday. So I am not attacking The Republican Scott Brown for posing for Cosmos magazine when he was young.
But again it comes back to what I always say… What if the Democrat had done it? The Republicans and Fox News would carry on about porn, sex, vice, sin and just go nuts on the subject.
By the way the exchange Scott Brown and Elizabeth Warren showed humor on both their parts.
But the attacks by the right and Fox News on Elizabeth Warren has been vile and it will get worst. I hope both of them do not get down to the level of Fox News.
Right now we can smile right? In that center fold above where is his hand? Smile
