I woke up at 0500 and I am so dizzy. I feel like I am going to faint. I have never been this dizzy and I still feel the same way and it is 0625 hours now. I am a little fearful of getting out of this chair.
I am out of Coke and want to walk the one block to the little store but I sure do not want to faint. I did that at Walgreens one night and I messed up my leg very bad and I ended up being admitted to the hospital and they put a pacemaker in me.
In about six days I have to do the data call to the pacemaker people and dump the content of the memory from my pacemaker to them.
I took my BP about two days ago and it was 127/63. I took it yesterday and it was 120 over something. I know my doctor and other doctors and the medical field say to keep your BP low. I think that some people just are designed so that they should have a higher BP. I think that someday they are going to find that out and they will talk about how much money was spent on BP medications and time and effort to keep blood pressure low.
I am going to take my BP now and I bet it to low.
Well… what the hell do I know…right? My BP is 162/98 with heart rate of 80.
I take my medications two times a day. I would try and remember to take them at about 10 AM and 10 PM each day. Sometimes I would forget and I might end up taking my 10 AM meds at 1 or 2 PM.
So last week I set my cell phone alarm to right at 10 AM and 10 PM each day. I been taking the medications right on time each day. They recommend you take your BP medication at the same time each day. I think I been feeling a bit better so I am going to keep on doing that.
The “supercommitte” needs to make it’s report in six days and it sounds like the Republicans will not move on taxes and there will be no agreement. If they do not agree the results will be a $1.2 trillion automatic across-the-board spending cuts in 2013. If that happens I may not have to worry about what medications to take. I may not have the money for medications.
Truth is that the way the deal was written the $1.2 trillion cuts should not effect Social Security, Medicaid, food stamps or veterans’ benefits. But I do not see how they can cut $1.2 trillion across-the-board evenly between defense and non-defense spending and not have it effect government.
I need Coke but it is 37 degrees right now here in Fort Worth. I just do not feel like getting out weather that cold. I think I will just have a cup of Nestle hot cocoa and worry about the Coke later.
I just made the hot cocoa. I see I been doing it wrong. My cub holds 12 oz and I been putting in one package of cocoa mix. I see it says one envelope for 6 oz.
