I don’t know but I think that scamming people into posing nude is part of the Internet.
I do not think it should be a crime to lie to people to get them to pose nude for you. I could see breach of contract or something taking place in civil court.
“A former Texas Tech student indicted for scamming students into nude photos may be at it again — this time in San Marcos, according to a student at Texas State University in San Marcos.
Recently, a Lubbock County grand jury indicted Terrill Taylor, 21, for allegedly promising male students up to $4,000 in exchange for taking nude photographs of them. He was indicted for securing documents by deception.
Taylor’s Lubbock case is still pending, and a trial date has not been set, according to the Lubbock County Criminal District Attorney’s Office.
Brandon Barrows, a San Marcos student, said Taylor offered him $2,500 about two weeks ago to pose for photos in his boxers.
Barrows said Taylor claimed to be from a company called KG Studios, and offered more money if Barrows posed nude or allowed Taylor to paint his body…”
