I blogged about the TXU re-billing problem and heard from a different person with TXU with an offer to help. I was thinking no problem Eileen Reisdorf with TXU was just waiting to help me with my problem. She was just waiting for the billing amount to show up.
But I send a email to Eileen and got back an automatic reply that she is on maternity leave. So I will have to get someone else with TXU to help out.
What in the world did we do before email? I do everything online.
Well today is my 71st birthday. God, that is old. I can not believe that I am 71 years old.
My father had seven brothers and I think most of them died when they were 71 years of age.
James Joseph Howard Sr died at age 56 in 1942. James Joseph Howard Jr (my father) died at 65 in 1979. I am James Joseph Howard III and I said in the past that I was expecting to die at 75 or 76 years of age.
But my father had three of his seven brothers die when they were 71 years of age. One of his brothers died at age 72.
Now my father and his brothers were all smokers and drinkers. I do not and never have smoked or drink. I think that should give me a few years.
I do not believe in God. So I know when it is over it is over. I do not fear death. I would like to stick around as long as I am in good heath. But I do not want to end up in the hospital with tubes running out of my body and a bag to piss in. I have a friend about my age and his mother is 105 years old! My ex-mother in law is older than dirt. I forget how old she is now. She still works in the yard. I do not think she even takes medications.
So I do not know how many years I have ahead of me.
I hope during the next few months and years when you are reading my blogs that you are not going to be reading about my medical problems or my trips to the hospital.
I want you to read about my wild life and all the partying I do all the time… I am a wild and crazy guy right?
I will try and cut out the Trayvon Martin / Zimmerman stuff in the blog. I know you must be tired of hearing about it.
