Messing with templates or themes for the blog again. I never stop.
I downloaded Zorin OS and have the image file now. When I get time I will burn it to a DVD.
Not sure if I want to install it or not. It looks interesting.
It is based on Ubuntu and I have that on my computer now. But Zorin OS has the right idea. They are trying to make their software look like Windows and feel like it so that Windows people will feel at home.
I downloaded a trial of 123 Video Magic Pro. Neat idea but not for me. When it starts up it does not let you pick the camera. In fact no way to change the camera. So when it started up it picked and started WebCamMax. Of course WebCamMax started my camera but 123 Video Magic Pro is just not going to work for me.
Hey Jim,
Did you see this "warning" on the Zorin site? I've lost track of which browser you're using, but it looks like it works best if you download it with Mozilla's Firefox.
Download Information
ATTENTION: To avoid any complications, we recommend you to download Zorin OS using Firefox as other browsers may corrupt the file and may cause errors. It is strongly advisable to do a full install of Zorin OS to enjoy its full potential as some features of Zorin OS may be less stable in Live mode.

Jim,
Well, you didn't ask for comments about the new theme, but I can't resist. I usually don't even notice "themes" but that bilious green background sort of makes me nauseous!😝😝
