Move over Nancy Grace and make room for Angela Corey

  I am 71 years old and there is one thing I know, after all these years, and that is bull shit.   I just saw a master at bull shit.  It was prosecutor Angela Corey.

“(CNN) -- Florida neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin and is in custody, a special prosecutor announced Wednesday.

Zimmerman, 28, was arrested on a warrant and was in the custody of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, his new attorney, Mark O'Mara, told CNN legal analyst Mark NeJame.

What happens next

The charges were announced in Jacksonville by prosecutor Angela Corey, who has said her job was "to find out the full truth" about the February 26 incident in Sanford…”

 

  I think Nancy Grace has a sister.  Angela Corey is, I think, a twin for Nancy Grace. 

  I will admit that Angela Corey pulled off a first class con job with the news media. 
She is going places in the world of politics.  She charged George Zimmerman with second-degree murder.  A charge there is no way they can win in court.  But it sounds good and makes her look good.
  She can let someone else handle the court case and she can run for office saying well I arrested him and charged him with second degree murder but a judge tossed out or someone else lost the case in court.  She saved her ass.

  I think they pretty much know what is going to happen.  There will be a hearing soon before a judge to see if George Zimmerman is protected by the “Stand Your Ground” law.  
  She may try and pick a judge that will go her way but I suspect that the judge will rule that George Zimmerman is protected by the “Stand Your Ground” law.
  So Angela Corey is saved by the judge.   My guess is they will pick a judge that is ready to retire and has not desire to hold any office in politics.  So he will take some heat for awhile.
  The judge will get a free Life Membership in the NRA (I bet he already has one).

  This might all be the best thing for George Zimmerman.  The mob wanted him arrested.  So he has been arrested.  Lots of people wanted him charged with murder and hell he is charged with second-degree murder (20 years to life in prison). 
  That may calm down the people and so when he walks free it maybe accepted more … We will see.

  But I think Angela Corey is a master bull shitter.  I know bull shit when I see it and smell it.

Can we have justice in the United States?

  I think history should have shown us that we can not have a real justice system in the United States with “elected” prosecutors.  The “DA” wants to be re-elected and they will want to move on to a higher elected office.  They all want to be the Governor and they dream after that of being elected President of the United States.

  So how do you get re-elected?  You make sure that you send people to jail.  You make sure you put people on death roll. 
  If you get a crime that is high profile you milk it for all it is worth. 
  If you do what the people want … You get votes…  If you do not go along with what is popular then it cost you votes and your political career is over. 

  Right now CNN is saying that George Zimmerman is going to be arrested and charged in the shooting of Trayvon Martin.
  
  The special prosecutor Angela Corey is going to hold a news conference in about 3 hours. 
She was elected in 2008.  If she does not file charges of murder her chances of being re-elected are over.
  Of course if she files charges I am not sure who will be in court.  She might just file the charges and then someone else could be in court.  I feel sorry for the prosecutor in court if he or she loses the case.

  Unless she has some information that we do not have… I do not see how they can charge Zimmerman with a crime because of the FL “Stand Your Ground” law.
  We should know in a few hours if she has some information that we have not heard.
  I have not heard anything that would lead me to think that they can win the case in court.

  If she is bringing this case to help her in politics she might have made a big error.
It would not surprise me if the NRA decided to come to the defense of George Zimmerman.  Because they are the Godfather of the “Stand Your Ground” law. 
  This court case is going to be about the “Stand Your Ground” law.
  If the NRA comes into the case and if they put all their weight into this case then later they would turn their rage and their power to attack and end the political career of Angela Corey.  She might as well go into real estate law or contract law because her political career will be over.

  Here in a few hours if George Zimmerman is charged with a crime I bet that NRA members will be contacting the NRA and demanding that the NRA come to the defense of Zimmerman.
  Now the place for the NRA to come to the defense is in the hearing before a judge on the matter of does the “Stand Your Ground” law apply to this shooting.  I think the law does apply and I think that the state is going to lose right at that point.  Unless we find out in a few hours that the state has some information that we do not know about.  I can not believe that they do have any such information. 

  When Zimmerman is charged many people are going to be very happy.   But just think of their rage if he is let go because of the “Stand Your Ground” law. 
  If he does go to trial I suspect he will be found not guilty.  Unless there is something we do not know at this time.

Zimmerman to be charged?

    CNN is saying “George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer who says he shot Trayvon Martin in self-defense, "will be (criminally) charged," a senior law enforcement source familiar with the investigation told CNN today. FULL STORY”

 

  I am watching CNN and they have zero information but they are going fucking crazy.  CNN is the only channel I am watching but I bet the other “news media” channels are doing the same thing.
  It is a shame that CNN has no control … They have no information but they are talking about everything.. calling on “experts” that know nothing.
  They can not just report what little information that they have … They have to act like they have information.  I get so tired of it.

  In about four hours the the special prosecutor Angela Corey is going to hold a news conference.

The first woman to hold the position, she was elected in 2008.   I still do not think that George Zimmerman will be arrested.  I think the “Stand Your Ground” law will protect him.  Unless Zimmerman does something stupid.  The system wants to arrest him so bad to get the public off their backs.  Zimmerman had better be very careful. 

  It looks like things are changing now…  His two lawyers when public and said they were no longer representing him.  I am not sure what that is all about but with lawyers it is always about money.
  There must be people in the background wanting to make money.  People willing to pay for an interview with Zimmerman.  There maybe book deal offers and movie deals.
 
  Zimmerman has got to be hurting for money.  Much of the nation hating him and he has to be in hiding.  The college kicked him out.  He can not go to work.  He has had to move for his and his families safety.  
  
  Zimmerman’s life has been ruined. 

  I think Zimmerman has moved into the mode now that he is under attack and his not being treated fair and that everyone wants to use him and make money off of him and that he had better get some money for himself and his family because he is going to be a hunted man for the rest of his life.
 
  The CNN story on his two lawyers going public and saying they did not know where he was and they were were no longer representing him is “bizarre.”  They had no contact with his since Sunday!  That would be two days!
  The CNN story says that the lawyers action was a “troubling question of legal ethics on their part.”
  Lawyers have NO “legal ethics.”  We need to make changes to our legal system.  Something has gone to be done about lawyers having zero legal ethics.  We need to make sure that law schools teach ethics. 
  We also need to do something about the fact that prosecutors are elected to office.  We need to do something that they are looking to get ahead in politics and they are not looking to do justice.  Each case is a stepping stone for them to get elected again or to move to a higher elected office. 

  I think the Zimmerman matter is now down to money.  Others looking to make money off of  Zimmerman and Zimmerman wanting to get some money so he can have some protection for the rest of his life.

  I checked the above URL and the site was not up.  Not sure if someone has hacked it or what has taken place.
  Right now it takes you to the URL parked at GoDaddy.
  I saw reports online of people going to the site and viewing the site.
 
  I do not blame George Zimmerman for setting up a site.  He can not go to school.  He can not work at his job.  He has had to move and go into hiding. 
  He also says the other people have set up links to collect money for his legal help but he has not seen any money from them.

Could Zimmerman sue and get money?

  People are starting to change their minds about the Trayvon Martin shooting.  I have seen some news media people making comments now about waiting for the investigation to be done.
  I do not think that Zimmerman is going to be arrested.  Unless he lies to the FBI about what he did and what took place.  I think the “Stand Your Ground” law is going to protect him.
  Now only that the law also protects people from being taken to civil court.  That is going to piss off a lot of people. 
  There is going to be some calls for the “Stand Your Ground” law to be changed or done away with but it is not going to happen.  The Republicans and the NRA will prevent any changes to the law.
  I think what could happen is that Zimmerman could end up taking to civil court the news media and others for the things they said about him.  I think he could win!  If he does that I think he should spell out that half of what he gets will go into the Trayvon Martin foundation.  That foundation should be not controlled by him but by some independent people.

  Remember security guard Richard Jewell?  He was working security at the Centennial Olympic Park.  He discovered a bag and alerted law enforcement and he and other security officers moved people out of the area.  Then the bomb exploded.

Republican talking points today is that President Attacked Supreme Court

    
  When I was young there were bill boards up all across American saying “Impeach Earl Warren.”  Those signs and other attacks were made by right wing Republicans.
  In the past the right wing Republicans have hated the Supreme Court.  They have made all sorts of attacks on the Supreme Court.
  Now the evil empire has a right wing court the often goes their way.  They like the court when it votes for things the right love … like guns, super packs and saying that corporations are people.

  Well the other day President Obama said that he thinks that the United States Supreme Court will rule that the health care law is constitutional.

  So the marching orders from the evil empire has gone out to all it’s front groups… Everyone of the evil empire has got their talking points for today…  The talking point that all good little evil empire followers need to put out is that President Obama is attacking the United States Supreme Court.
 
  We have three branches of government in the United States.
  We the Executive (President), Legislative (Senate and House – i.e. Congress) and the Judicial (Supreme Court and lower Courts).
 

  Each branch of the government is a check on the other.  

  Now…   The evil empire (Republican Party) had and still has a radical organization called the John Birch Society.  One of the founding members was Fred Koch of Koch Industries.
  The John Birch Society was the group behind the attacks on Earl Warren and the United States Supreme Court. 

  The John Birch Society says it is a fundamentalist Christian organization.  It believes in most of the things the Republican Party believes in or is it the other way around?  Does the Republican Party believe in most of the things that the John Birch Society supports.
  I knew a few members of the John Birch Society back in the 60s.  The John Birch Society and the members were extremist and it was a “patriot group” (i.e. armed group).
  The John Birch Society was a co-sponsor of the 2010 Conservative Political Action Conference.” 

  So the evil empire can threated to make war on the United States Supreme Court but if President Obama says that he thinks the court will uphold the health care law and should uphold it then some how he is wrong for “attacking” the court!!!

Voice “experts” claim cries not Zimmerman

  The Huffington Post has big headlines “Trayvon Martin Shooting:  Voice Experts Claim Teen’s Cries, Not Zimmerman’s, Can Be Heard on 911 Call.” 

  The story comes from The Orlando Sentinel, a newspaper, and even when you read the story you can see it is full of shit.
 
  First of all… you can find “experts” that will say anything.   I will wait for the FBI experts.
But when you read the story it is just so useless.  What makes the two guys audio experts?  I have seen experts in something and they were full of crap.  I had dealing with a lie detection expert and he was full of crap.  I worked for a different guy and he said he was an expert with an audio lie detection device.  He was a joke and plus he lied about everything.  So I have no faith in The Orlando Sentinel “experts.”
 
  But if you read the story you will see they just give you a load of crap.  The used software to compare the voice of the person screaming for help with audio of the voice of Zimmerman.  They did not have a voice recording of Trayvon Martin so they could not try and compare to his voice.
 
  The story does not say but you know they took the voice of Zimmerman on his 911 call to the police.  Then they took the voice screaming from 911 calls of people who called the police … So the people are inside their homes talking on top of the voice screaming in the background outside.
  Plus Zimmerman on the phone to 911 was trying to be nice and professional.
  I think later he was on the ground on his back and Trayvon Martin was on top of him pounding the crap out of him.  I think Zimmerman was screaming for help. At least one man reported to the police and the news media that he went outside and saw Zimmerman on the ground with Martin on top of him.  The man said that Zimmerman was calling for help and that the man said to him I will call the police and the man went back inside the house.

  If I seem pissed it is because when something like this is reported people believe the story from The Orlando Sentinel.  They tell their friends.
  When the truth comes out they will not believe it.  They will say it is a police cover up.  They will say the FBI is racist. 

  Why can’t the news media wait for facts to come out.

  The “news media” is still I feel doing the same old stuff.  They show CCTV video from when George Zimmerman gets to the police station.  Zimmerman is handcuffed.  
  The CCTV is not very good.  At least not good for getting details of Zimmerman’s face or the back of his head.  It is not even good for telling us anything about the condition of his shirt.

  Yet the news media makes it appear that there is not blood or signs of injury.  They comment that he did not need help getting out the car.  They comment that the police did not have gloves on to protect themselves from blood.
 
  So now you got citizens, who I guess now think they are crime scene techs, saying see no blood.  He was not falling down and the police did not have to carry him into the jail…. So no blood and no injury so he is guilty of murder.

  I had to watch from time to time CCTV.  We even had CCTV back in 1972 and so off and on for 30 years I watched CCTV.  You often can not tell anything from the video. 

  If the police did their job there will be still photos of his face and the back of his head.  There will also be a mug photo that was taken after he got into the police station.  Plus we will have statements from the police officers.

  But let me point out something…   Under the “Stand Your Ground” law you do not have to suffer an injury.  You only have to be in fear.  You only think this person is going to kill me or he is going to do injury to me.
  Do NOT fucking get me wrong…. I DO NOT approve of the law…. It is a license to just blow someone away… But it is the law in FL and many other states.   
 
 

I am so tired of the Trayvon Martin / Zimmerman story

  The news media just goes crazy over “news” stories.  It is crazy.  It is not just the right wing talk shows and Fox News.  CNN and other news media outlets are just as fucking crazy. 
 
  I do not know what the answer is to the problem.  We have freedom of press and speech and the American people do want details.
 
  But there is no filter on cable “news” channels.  They will say anything and allow anyone on to say anything and they will do the most stupid things just to get people to watch or just so they can say they did it first.
  Like CNN “enhancing” a 911 call and then playing some sound over and over and over and over and over again … They wanted us to hear “fucking coon.”  I did not hear it.  Their audio experts did not hear it.  Their reporters did not hear it …but they reported it.
  The problem is all the black racist HEAR it.  It was clear to them.  They heard it.  The said that anyone that did not hear it was a white racist.
  All of the hard core right wing racist looked around for some way to attack Trayvon Martin.
  The pro gun people only care about one thing guns.  They will attack anyone, anytime and anyplace if it looks like their gun “rights” are under attack.  So they jumped into the shooting.
  Then you got the ambulance chasing lawyers that do not care about anyone or any issue and only care about either making a name for themselves or getting money out of someone.  They used the grief and bereavement of the family of Trayvon for their own ends.  They do not care about truth or justice.

  No one seems to care about justice or the legal system.  Everyone is out to get something for themselves.  
  
  I am not sure what the President of the United States can do now days.  The right wing just wait for him to say anything and then they attack.  It does not matter what he says they are going to find some way to attack.
  The President made some mild statement about the Trayvon Martin shooting.  So that set off the right.  They got to find something to use to attack President Obama.
  So it is open season on a poor dead 17 year old boy.

  Everything that is happening is bad for our nation.  Black racist calling for the murder of George Zimmerman scares the hell out of many white Americans.  
  White Americans attacking a dead 17 year old boy that was unarmed and doing nothing wrong brings up memories of other incidents like this that happen all to often in our nation and it makes blacks so angry that they scream and howl with rage.  When will the injustices end?
